Human Physio

With a BSc in Physiotherapy, Sam runs an evidence-based practice and prides herself in taking a patient-centred approach to her work. She is registered with the Health Care Professional council and the Chartered society of Physiotherapists who both require a high level of continuing professional development.

She offers an in-home service where she will visit you at your home for the ultimate in convenience and efficient treatment. Alternatively, Sam offers virtual consults so you can enjoy the full range of benefits from your session in the comfort and safety of your home, wherever that may be.

You don’t have to live with pain or discomfort. Feeling your best again is as simple as booking a consultation online.

We assist our patients in 3 distinct areas:

Assess:

An essential part of your first consultation, Sam analyses posture, gait, limb and spinal range of movement as well as muscle and fascia pain to establish the root causes of discomfort, disease or immobility.

Educate:

Ongoing issues often arise from poor day-to-day management and bad habits. Sam emphasizes the importance of learning about the body and how to properly manage your or your animal’s pain or injuries so that you can start to see tangible results and avoid reoccurrence.

Treat:

Sam’s capabilities range from massage, stretching, mobilization, exercise regimens and exercise management to electrotherapies, taping and formulating home exercise programs that are perfectly suited to your or your animal’s unique requirements.
